Begane grond:
De zonnige voorkant van het huis geeft op de begane grond toegang tot de lichte studio en hal met toilet. De studio zelf is voorzien van een douche en een keuken, zodat het in combinatie met het toilet in de hal geheel zelfvoorzienend is. Deze ruimte is uitstekend te gebruiken als kantoor aan huis, schoonheidssalon, voor een inwonend kind etc. Er ligt op deze verdieping een donkere hardhouten vloer. In de hal is tevens een geluidwerende afsluitbare deur die toegang geeft tot een klein portaal met trap naar de eerste verdieping.
1e verdieping:
Zonnige woonkamer met uitzicht via onder andere het hoekraam over de brede Cornelis Zillesenlaan. Verder telt deze ruimte nog drie ramen en een kamerhoog raam voor heel veel natuurlijk licht.
